This request is for income and expense information relative to the operation of real estate for calendar year 2023.

The DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS OF EXEMPTION APPLICATIONS IS APRIL 1, 2024.
If you received an exemption last year, then we mailed you a blank form on July 1, 2023.
