Medford’s Multilingual Resource Line
The Multilingual Resource Line offers menu options to leave messages for City staff in Arabic, English, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, or Spanish. Other languages not on the menu can be left in the English voicemail box. Calls will be returned within 24 hours in the language the call is received. The operating hours are Monday–Friday, 9am-7pm. Voicemails can be left 24 hours/7 days a week.
