Medford Housing Production Plan
After a robust public process, the Community Development Board approved the Housing Production Plan (HPP) on May 10, 2021 and was by City Council on September 27, 2022. This Plan has been submitted to the Massachusetts Department of Housing Community Development for final approval. The HPP is a state-recognized planning tool that examines Medford's housing needs and outlines specific strategies to create a mix of housing types for different income levels. It will also serve as a roadmap to achieving the goal of having a minimum of 10 percent year-round housing stock that is affordable
