YouthWorks Employment Program Fall 2025-Spring 2026

YouthWorks is a state-funded program that connects teens and young adults with meaningful work experiences. By providing access to training and professional development, the program helps ensure that all young people—regardless of background—have the opportunity to build skills, explore career paths, and prepare for long-term success.

This is a paid opportunity with a 145-hour time commitment. The Office of Prevention and Outreach is partnering with multiple city departments and Medford organizations to provide a diverse range of early work experiences for young people. The steering committee will do its best to match applicants with placements that align with their skills, experience, and job preferences.

We strongly encourage all youth applicants to:

• Use their own individual emails
• Communicate directly with the program for any assistance or questions
