The Medford Connects Community Engagement Team strengthens social and climate resiliency by connecting all residents, including those most vulnerable to climate change, with resources, programs, and opportunities that support well-being. Through dedicated “Connector” roles and multilingual community liaisons, the team helps residents access food, housing, healthcare, ESOL classes, employment opportunities, and more. Partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and local organizations expand opportunities for social services, cultural engagement, and climate preparedness. Residents are encouraged to reach out through the City’s Multilingual Resource Line for support in their preferred language: 781-475-5644.
