The Office of Outreach and Prevention has partnered with Unite Us to help connect people to community supports. Unite Us is a platform that connects people with service providers by creating a referral network, allowing residents to describe their needs and receive supports from multiple partners. If you have any questions about health or community supports, Medford has 4 community liaisons serving communities that speak Arabic, Haitian Creole, Spanish, or Brazilian Portuguese and one for Black & African American communities.

We have a 9-person team to support community engagement with immigrant communities, as well as Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color. You can reach out to them about any topic that concerns you or your community.
