Report Animal Related Issues

Dog owners must license any dog 6 months or older. Licenses are available from the City Clerk’s Office and are valid for one calendar year.

Verification of rabies vaccination must also be submitted each year, but, in most instances, the information has been sent directly to us from the veterinarian.

To obtain a dog license, fill out one of the forms below.

• Online dog license application
• PDF dog license application (print, complete, and mail along with check to City Clerk)

Provide the City Clerk’s Office with:

• Dog owner’s name
• Dog owner’s address + telephone number
• Dog’s name, breed, color, and age

Fees:

• $10 for neutered/spayed dog (Proof required with application)
• $15 for a male or female dog - in tact
