- Grab N Go Cold Lunch available Monday – Friday (see newsletter for menu choice)
- Monthly nutrition/cooking classes offered
Twice a month on Tuesdays – Food Pantry is offered at the Senior Center. (see newsletter for exact dates available.
Once a month resources received from Tufts, Melrose Wakefield Hospital 35 filled bags of groceries that are dispersed to the participants. Days and times change
