Neighborhood Ambassadors

The Neighborhood Ambassador task force aims to strengthen relationships and communication efforts throughout the community.

Ambassadors, through monthly meetings with staff, provide insights and suggestions to the Mayor’s Office and Communications Department on relevant issues affecting residents and community members which help inform communication and community outreach efforts.

City communications are available through the City website, the Mayor’s newsletter, the reverse-911 robo call system, social media platforms, Medford Community Media, direct mail and more, and this is a way to further enhance all the information being distributed by the City on a daily/weekly basis.
