LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF MEDFORD REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP 27-0373) FOR FY 2028 PERSONAL FY2029 AND FY2030 PERSONAL PROPERTY COLLECTION AND VALUATION SERVICES

The City of Medford, Mass., acting though its Board of Assessors is accepting sealed proposals from qualified companies for the listing, coding and valuation updating services on all personal property in the City of Medford for Fiscal Years 2028, 2029 and 2030.

This project is being Electronically Bid (E-Bid). All proposals shall be submitted online to www.BidNetDirect.com prior to Auqust 20, 2026. at 10:00am. Hard copy proposals will not be accepted. All Bidders are required to separately submit your price and non-price (or technical) proposals via BidNetDirect. All questions must be submitted to BidNetDirect.com by August 14, 2026. at 10:00 am.

Each proposal shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Proposers within the RFP and M.G.L. c. 30B. It is the responsibility of prospective proposers and/or bidders to check www.BidNetDirect.com for new information via any addenda or modifications to this solicitation. Addenda will be emailed to all plan holders registered with BidNetDirect.

The City of Medford reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any minor informalities and to engage the services of a qualified firm as it deems to be in the best interest of the City.

MBE's/WBE's/DBE's are encouraged to submit proposals.
