Affordable Housing Lottery Opportunity

An affordable housing lottery is open for applications now through December 10.

Fellsway West is an affordable rental development offering (1) one-bedroom unit and (2) three-bedroom units, by lottery, for households earning up to 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

The monthly rent for a one-bedroom is $1,862, and the monthly rent for a three-bedroom is $2,297. Tenants are responsible for all utilities except water and sewer which is included in the rent. All affordable units will be distributed by lottery as outlined in the Information Package and Lottery Application.

This lottery is partially subject to a Local Preference selection process; current Medford residents, City of Medford municipal employees or employees of local Medford businesses, or households with children attending Medford Public Schools would qualify under Local Preference.
