Residents may see a Wright-Pierce vehicle in their neighborhood, with Wright-Pierce personnel opening manholes in the street during the night, between the hours of 10:00 pm and 6:00 am. Wright-Pierce will be accompanied by Medford Police and traffic flaggers. Residents should see no effects on their water or wastewater. Wright-Pierce to perform fieldwork within the following areas: North Medford/Heights- view map – area bounded by Middlesex Fellsway West (Route 28), Elm Street, and Fells Avenue/Tamar Drive/Fulton Street. 2017 SPRING BIG SWEEP Each Spring the “BIG SWEEP” is conducted in April from 8:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M. on all the streets of Medford. All vehicles within the designated zone MUST remain off of the roadway between the hours of 8:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M. while street sweeping is taking place. Please find your street in the list of zones to determine the sweeping date of your street. There will be NO street sweeping on Patriots Day, April 17, 2017. *Weather permitting – if severe weather conditions exist your street will be rescheduled at the end of the regular
