Applicant and Owner, Christina DelSol is requesting a review of reapplication from the Chapter 94 – City of Medford Zoning Ordinance on whether the new plans submitted for the property at 87 Gourley Road are substantially changed from the previous plans filed for the March 29, 2016 Board of Appeals hearing, Case Number A-2016-11.
252 Main Street (Case #A-2017-18) – Continued from June 7, 2017
Applicant and Owner, Fred Torossian is petitioning for a variance from the Chapter 94 – City of Medford Zoning Ordinance to demolish an existing structure and construct a 3-story, 12-unit residential building with insufficient lot width, off-street parking, and setback of entrance drive to side lot line. This project is also subject to site plan review and linkage fees.
31 Canal Street (Case #A&F-2015-22)
Applicant and Owner, Michael Alberino is petitioning for a variance from the Chapter 94 – City of Medford Zoning Ordinance to alter a pre-existing non-conforming one story structure by adding a second-floor addition. This structure will be used as a contractor’s office on the first floor with two (2) residential apartments above, with insufficient lot width, lot depth, usable area, front & side yard setbacks; width of access aisles; buffer provisions for parking spaces; distance of parking spaces from principal building; and location of parking spaces from lot line. Also, requires a finding by the Zoning Board of Appeals to extend a pre-existing non-conforming structure other than a single or two family residential structure.
