Tall Ships are Coming to Boston– June 20th– $69 per person Join our group to view the 2017 Tall Ship Regatta. You will view them close on a narrated sightseeing cruise, aboard the Provincetown II, after a visit to Quincy Market and the beautiful Rose Kennedy Greenway. Tickets on sale.
Cape Cod Canals 105th Anniversary Tour!! Tuesday, July 25th—$79 per person includes motorcoach to Sandwich on the Cape. Visit the Sandwich Glass museum, view real glass blowing artisans creating pieces of art. Then off to Daniel Webster Inn for a Grand Buffet, follow that with a two-hour narrated cruise of the Cape Cod Canal. Tickets available.

Zumba/Fitness Classes Mondays and Wednesdays with Emily Brenner Zumba Gold ® Mondays at 10:00am takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older member. Cost is $5.00 per class drop in.
Dance Fitness/Yoga Dance Wednesdays at 10:00am combines Yoga, dance, breath and energy with great music. This class brings tons of fun and healing to body, mind and spirit. Cost $3 per class.
YOGA CLASSES WITH ROSA BROWN Mondays Gentle Yoga ~12:45 pm for those who want to do seated, standing and floor yoga poses. This is an amazing group of seniors who are willing to stretch in every way. And can get down on the floor. $3.00 per class Chair Yoga at 2:00pm. Seated and standing yoga poses that are adapted to the needs of the group. We stretch, strengthen, challenge our balance, and take time to relax. $3.00 per class.
LINE DANCING for fun and fitness with instructor Charlotte TUESDAYS 10:00 am – 11:00 am. Register at time of class. Fee: $3.00 per class. All levels of dance are welcome. No class May 23rd
Novel Idea Book Club, will be May 26th at 10:00am. The librarian led book club will be held at the Medford Public Library the last Friday of the month from 10:00am—11:00am. The May book is Three Bags Full by Leonie Swann. Copies of the book will be available at the library, or you can sign out a Kindle for this program with Arlene at the COA. Veterans Coffee Hour Thursday, May 4th, Veterans and their families are welcome to a coffee social at the Senior Center on the first Thursday of each month beginning at 2pm.
