41 Saunders Street (Case #A-2016-15)
Applicant and Owner, Dean Bruno is petitioning for a variance from the City of Medford Zoning Ordinance Section 94-171, Table 6.3, Line 2 to build an additions onto an existing non-conforming single family dwelling with insufficient front and side yard setbacks and lot area.
