Medford’s Snow Emergency has been lifted as of 7 AM this morning, Tuesday, February 9th. We appreciated everyone’s patience and cooperation during the storm.
The Medford Public Schools will be closed on Monday, February 8 due to the weather
Please be advised that a SNOW EMERGENCY will go into effect at Monday February 8, 2016 starting at 9 a.m.
All vehicles must be parked on the ODD side of the street unless otherwise posted or exempted. All emergency arteries will have no parking until the snow emergency is lifted. Vehicles parked in violation shall be ticketed and towed.
We need to keep the streets accessible for emergency vehicles. As always, we appreciate your cooperation.
The following streets are designated as emergency arteries and parking is not allowed during a snow emergency:
Boston Avenue, Central Avenue, College Avenue from George Street to Boston Avenue, Forest Street, Fulton Street, George Street, Governors Avenue, Grove Street, Hancock Street, Harvard Avenue, Harvard Street, High Street, Lawrence Road, Main Street, Medford Street, Mystic Avenue from Main Street to Crescent Street, Playstead Road, Riverside Avenue, Salem Street, Spring Street, Washington Street, Webster Street, Willis Avenue, Winthrop Street and Woburn Street.

Medford Public Library will close at 2:00 PM
LoConte Rink will close at 2:00 PM
The Cultural Affairs and Recreation meeting scheduled for tonight has been postponed
