In accordance with U. S. Dept. of Housing & Urban Development regulations, the Malden Redevelopment Authority is required to advise residents about the progress of its current federal entitlement programs and prior to drafting the FY15 Action Plan seek input from its residents.
In FY15, beginning July 1, 2015, the North Suburban Consortium’s HOME Program, which is administered by the Malden Redevelopment Authority and covers all eight communities listed above, is estimated to receive approximately $1.36 million for its affordable housing programs.
A Public Hearing to discuss the use of FY15 HOME Program funding is scheduled for:
Tuesday, February 24, 6 p.m. at Malden Government Center, Room 421
(4th floor), 200 Pleasant Street, Malden

Input heard at this public hearing will be discussed and incorporated into a Draft Consolidated Plan, which will be made publicly available in April of 2015.
