The deadline to register to vote by the Thursday, September 6, 2012 State Primary is Friday, August 17, 2012 by 5:00PM.
The deadline to register to vote by the Tuesday, November 6, 2012 State Election is Wednesday, October 17, 2012 by 8:00PM (this is the presidential election).
Registration forms can be obtained and filled out in person in the Registrar of Voters Office on the first floor of Medford City Hall.
Forms can also be downloaded and mailed to the office.

September 6, 2012 State Primary Information:
There will be three ballots available- Democrat, Republican, and Green Rainbow. Voters registered in one of those parties must use the designated party ballot while voters unenrolled in a party can choose one of those three ballots.
